Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BizDuet website and app at bizduet.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
BizDuet is currently operated by its founders in Israel. No company has been incorporated yet. In these Terms, "BizDuet", "we", "us" and "our" mean the people operating the Service. We may transfer these Terms and the Service to a company formed to operate it, and we will tell you if we do.
2. Using BizDuet for your company
BizDuet is a service for businesses. To use it, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- sign in with a work email address that you are authorized to use;
- have authority to act for your company, if you set up its workspace or represent it to other companies.
When you use the Service for a company, you accept these Terms both for yourself and for that company. "You" means both.
3. Accounts and company workspaces
- Each company has one workspace, identified by its email domain. The first person from a domain becomes its owner. Colleagues who sign in with the same domain join automatically, and admins can also invite and remove people.
- Company owners and admins control the workspace. They can see and manage the company's needs, offers, matches and team.
- Keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at privacy@bizduet.com if you believe your account has been misused.
4. What the Service does
BizDuet interviews you about your business using AI, records your company's needs and offers, and suggests matches with other companies. When both sides agree, it introduces you and opens a chat. It can also suggest suppliers and companies that are not on BizDuet, and draft outreach emails that you review and send yourself from your own email account.
The Service is at an early stage. We may change, add or remove features, and we may limit or stop the Service. Where we reasonably can, we will give notice of significant changes.
5. AI output and matches
- AI can be wrong. Interview summaries, profiles, match scores, explanations, introductions and draft emails are generated automatically. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Review them before you rely on or send anything.
- No vetting or endorsement. We do not verify the identity, quality, solvency or claims of any company, on BizDuet or off it. A match is not a recommendation. Do your own due diligence before doing business with anyone.
- No guaranteed results. We do not promise that you will receive any match, introduction, deal or outcome.
6. Dealings between companies
BizDuet introduces companies to each other. Any discussion, agreement or transaction happens directly between you and the other company. We are not a party to it, and we do not act as a broker, agent, advisor or guarantor. You are solely responsible for your dealings with other companies, including any disputes.
7. Your content
- You own your content. "Your content" means the information you provide or confirm: interview answers, needs, offers, company details and messages.
- License to us. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze and display your content, and to share it with other users as described in the Privacy Policy and as you choose in the Service. We use this license only to operate, secure and improve the Service. It ends when your content is deleted, except for copies kept as described in the Privacy Policy, or content already shared with companies you chose to connect with.
- Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the right to share your content, and that it is accurate and not misleading. Do not share confidential information, personal information about others, or trade secrets unless you are allowed to. Remember that matched companies will see the needs and offers involved, and their identity is revealed only after both sides agree.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- misrepresent who you are or which company you represent, or sign in with an email domain you are not authorized to use;
- send spam, or use contacts or drafts from the Service to send unsolicited messages in violation of anti-spam laws. These include section 30A of Israel's Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, the US CAN-SPAM Act and EU and UK e-privacy rules. You are the sender of any email you send from your own account;
- harass, threaten or defraud other users;
- upload malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- scrape, copy or harvest data from the Service, including other users' information, by automated means;
- reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its limits or security, except as the law allows;
- use the Service to build a competing product.
9. Fees
The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid features or plans. If we do, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged unless you agree.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your company's business purposes. "BizDuet" and our logos may not be used without our permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on, and links to, third-party services such as sign-in providers and company websites. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. To have your account or your company's data deleted, email privacy@bizduet.com. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or for others, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 5 to 7 and 10 to 16 survive termination.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. These include warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data. This includes losses arising from your dealings with other companies or from reliance on AI output. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for intentional misconduct.
15. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your content, your use of the Service, your dealings with other companies, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they cannot be excluded.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
18. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as described in section 1.
